MAHINDRA WARRANTY POLICY
Mahindra Tractors Offers Industry’s Best 5-Year Warranty Program Mahindra USA, a leader in the compact and utility tractor market, is pleased to announce the release of their new “Best in Class” 5-year limited warranty program effective October 1, 2009. All Mahindra tractors will now have a two-year bumper to bumper warranty plus an additional three-year warranty on the drive train for residential usage (excludes 2525).
“Mahindra now has one of the best commercial warranties in the industry, proving once again that the strength and reliability of Mahindra tractors are second to none. It is superior to current competitive offerings because it does not require a deductible per claim and is not limited to parts only in the final years”, said Mike Hilderbrand, Vice President of Marketing and Organizational Development for Mahindra USA. “The Mahindra 5-Year Limited Warranty Plan, when combined with our attractive 0% for 60 months financing, represents the most powerful value proposition available to tractor buyers today.”
Mahindra USA is also extending a one-time optional warranty coverage invitation to customers who purchased a Mahindra Tractor between October 1, 2008 and September 30, 2009. The optional warranty coverage will be available for purchase until December 31st, 2009, and will increase those tractors’ warranty program from 3 years to 5 years. Customers interested in purchasing the extended coverage can contact their local Mahindra dealer for pricing and eligibility.
Mahindra tractors rate exceptionally high in customer satisfaction across the board. A recent national study found that 98 percent of Mahindra owners were likely to recommend Mahindra to their friends and family.

BUHLER WARRANTY POLICY
Buhler Manufacturing products are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months (90 days for commercial application) from original date of purchase, by original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under correct, normal agricultural use and proper applications.
Buhler Manufacturing’s obligations under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange, at Buhler Manufacturing’s option, of any Buhler Manufacturing product or part which proves to be defective as provided. Buhler Manufacturing reserves the right to either inspect the product at the buyer’s location or have it returned to the factory for inspection.
The above warranty does not extend to goods damaged or subject to accident, abuse or misuse after shipment from Buhler Manufacturing’s factory, nor to goods altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Buhler Manufacturing representative.
Buhler Manufacturing makes no Express Warranties other than those, which are specifically described. Any description of goods, including any references and specifications in catalogues, circulars and other written material published, is for the sole purpose of identifying goods and shall conform to such descriptions. Any sample or model is for illustrative purposes only and does not create an Express Warranty that the goods conform to sample or model shown.
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining suitability of goods sold. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Buhler Manufacturing will in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever. Nor for any sum in excess of the price received for the goods for which liability is claimed.
Warranty requests must be prepared on Buhler Manufacturing Warranty Claim Forms with all requested information properly completed. Warranty Claims must be submitted within a thirty (30) day period from date of failure repair.
Any labor subject to warranty must be authorized by Buhler Manufacturing. The labor rate for replacing defective parts, where applicable, will be credited at 100% of the dealer’s posted shop rate. Defective parts will receive an extra 10% discount to assist with freight or other incidental costs.
Warranty terms and conditions are subject to Provincial or State legislation.

KODIAK WARRANTY POLICY
We warranty each new Kodiak Rotary Cutter against defect in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days. We will not warranty any cutter that has obviously been abused or in any case involving negligence in setup procedures as outlined in the manual.
In the event it is necessary to replace or repair any part(s) during the warranty period go to your dealer with the defective part(s) and he will assist you in securing the need of replacement. It is the decision of Kodiak Mfg. to decide what is or is not covered under warrenty.
Neither manufacture or the dealer shall be held responsible for loss of use of the machine, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages.
In order for your Kodiak Rotary Cutter to be covered by our warranty policy, the equipment registration form on the bottom of this link must be completed and returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
The warranty policy is not effective unless the equipment registration is recorded in our office.
